We are the Contreras Family, Michael started in the stucco industry very young at just 16. He worked for his Step Father who taught him the values of hard work and integrity of doing the job right the first time. He labored, made countless wheel barrels of mud, carried scaffold, what ever he was asked to do, he did. All while growing a passion for what he saw early on could be his future.

At about 22 years old, at the time a father of 2, he had the drive and determination to branch out on his own and he was given his first chance to do it. A builder took a chance on him, he later did several homes with him over the next few years.

In 2001, Tejas Contractors Inc, DBA/ Absolute Stucco became a reality. He had been doing solely Stucco for several years, but it has now evolved to include stone work as well. 

​

With the demand for Stucco and Stone homes growing throughout the Austin area, Michael got lucky at his 20 year high school reunion  where he met and married his now wife - Natalina. Her attention to detail (Thanks to her time in the US Navy) and her passion for Homes and Design made them the perfect team! 

 

We now have a new business name of Absolute Stucco & Stone, Inc. Together with our team, A wonderful group of honest and hardworking individuals that believe in doing the work the right way the first time every time.

 

Our dedication and desire to provide a quality services is truly what makes us stand apart from all the rest.
